Landscape Concepts Management is hired by the HOA to provide landscaping services within HWCC. Our goal is to maintain the natural beauty of our community. Only the Townhome and Golf Villa homeowners pay a monthly assessment to keep their properties well-manicured and clean. All other single-family homes are responsible for the upkeep of their property. All residents pay the semi-annual assessment that provides landscaping and care of the common areas, including the parkways, within our community.
We are providing this list of services to help homeowners understand what services are included and when. Services listed are for Townhomes, Golf Villa homes, or Common Areas. It is important to understand that weather impacts when many of these services can be delivered. Start and End dates are target dates. Regular, weekly landscaping services begin April 1 and run until early November. Please submit any questions or comments about these services to our Community Association Manager, on the form provided on the “Contacts” page.
